The firm is comprised of a close group of talented realtors, led by the firm’s founder, Sara Agramonte. Sara Agramonte started her Real Estate Career in 2014 after her children left for college. She pursued the opportunity of opening her own real estate firm. Her vision was to grow a family business that provided clients with the highest level of service. The company’s first clients were friends and family, but after six years of rapid growth, the clientele now spreads over the most exclusive and coveted areas in Puerto Rico.
Sara is a graduate of University of Puerto Rico where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Also, she earned a Master’s Degree in Finance. Sara gained valuable experience working as a financial analyst and credit manager in a multinational corporation. Her best and most valuable experience was raising her three children Ruby, Adrian, and Sari.
Even though she is the principal of the firm, Sara continues to sell real estate full-time by choice. Every day she focuses on what she loves most — selling houses. She has earned a reputation of trust and dependability, delivering extraordinary results and unsurpassed service to her clients. Her expertise, professionalism and commitment to exceed expectations provide a solid professional foundation. Along with her relentless drive, she attributes much of her success in real estate to her honest and straightforward approach with clients.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Adrian holds a deep understanding of the local real estate market and brings a “hometown advantage” to Prime Realty Group. In 2009, Adrian moved to the mainland to attend Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics. Additionally, he obtained an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance. He was also a distinguished athlete of the school’s Division 1 Men’s Volleyball team.
From 2013 to 2016, Adrian worked for the world’s largest liquor company, Diageo, as a Financial Analyst and Sales Specialist.
Adrian is currently a Vice President at Stonecrest Capital Markets in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He specializes in tax credits, tax efficient investing and capital raising, typically, but not limited to real estate developments.
He obtained his real estate license in 2017 and joined Prime Realty Group to help his current clientele meet their real estate needs. He brings to the team a unique knowledge for investment properties and leverages his negotiation skills in order to help our clients meet their goals.
Growing up in a family of Financial Advisors, Sari is a perfect fit in the Real Estate World. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico. In 2011, she attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics. Sari was a member of the D1 NCAA Women’s Volleyball Team. In 2016, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.
Sari joined Northwestern Mutual in Coral Gables, FL as an associate financial advisor in 2016. This role gave her the necessary tools for sales and marketing. She was also responsible for assessing the client’s needs by providing outstanding customer service. In 2019, Sari pursued the opportunity to move back to Puerto Rico by joining the financial services company Stonecrest Capital Markets as an associate financial advisor.
In December 2019, she obtained her real estate license following the increasing demand in Prime Realty Group. Sari’s goal is to assist the firm in the continuous growth of its clientele. Her main objective is to reach new market segments along with the development of a business plan that will allow Prime Realty Group to maintain its position as a premiere real estate agency in Puerto Rico.
